Paul Janssens Residence – Vosselaar

A detached, modern residence, built in 1968 according to the design of Atelier Vanhout-Schellekens. A play of volumes ranging from one to two storeys under complex roofing consisting of flat roofs and shed roofs (roofing material, slate tiles).

White-painted brick construction; enclosed on the street side including entrance secured with a boundary wall for privacy protection; opened up towards the garden through large glass sections in the side and rear façades. Steel vertical and horizontal wall openings including window bands.

Interior: one open space consisting of corners situated at different levels (conversation pit, dining area, TV corner, bar,…).
